Interwoven Executives Instrumental in Company's Merger and Acquisition Activity
SUNNYVALE, Calif. -November 12, 2003- Interwoven, Inc. (Nasdaq: IWOV), provider of the world's best-integrated enterprise content management software, today announced the promotion of Doug Jones to senior vice president of corporate development and Doreena Ross to senior vice president of human resources. Both executives will report directly to Interwoven Chairman and CEO, Martin Brauns. Doug Jones is responsible for all mergers and acquisitions for Interwoven and is key in driving corporate strategy. Doreena Ross is responsible for all human resources and employee programs for the company worldwide.

Doug Jones joined Interwoven in 1997 as its first sales representative. As the vice president of North American Sales he created, staffed, and ramped the early sales organization. In May of 2000, he became vice president of business development and in June of 2001 became vice president of corporate development where he has completed several acquisitions for the company. Jones is currently the lead in Interwoven's pending merger with iManage. Prior to Interwoven, Jones spent four years with Electronics for Imaging in sales and marketing management roles.
Doreena Ross joined Interwoven in September 2000 as director of human resources for Interwoven Europe. She came to the United States in 2001 to assume the role of vice president of human resources for Interwoven operations worldwide. Prior to joining the Interwoven team, Ross was European HR director at Documentum. She also held HR and pan-European operational positions at Sybase. Other companies include RHM, International Computers Limited and Lloyds Bowmaker.
