MediaBin 4.5.3 Releases

In addition to numerous fixes and performance enhancements, MediaBin Asset Server 4.5.3 provides the following new features/enhancements:

  • Search Improvements -Quick Search, Search Result Pagination and Enhanced Search operators
  • Enhanced XMP Metadata Support - It is now possible to map arbitrary XMP metadata fields to MediaBin metadata fields and vice versa.
  • StuffIt 9.0 SDK - The StuffIt 9.0 SDK has been incorporated into the Web Client to handle upload and download of archives
  • Web Service API - The MediaBin Web Service API has been augmented with a number of new methods (for details, please refer to the MediaBin Asset Server 4.5.3 API Guide).

OpenDeploy 6.1.0 Releases

OpenDeploy 6.1 provides new features, enhancements, updated platform certifications, and a new Archival add-on module for the OpenDeploy platform. Feature enhancements include:

  • Remotely upgrade distributed servers with a new OpenDeploy version.
  • Scale back deployment jobs based on performance metrics.
  • New adapters and enhancements to the existing adapters.
  • Specify default parameters for deployment configurations.
  • Write extended attributes to a manifest file.

TeamSite 6.7 Releases

TeamSite 6.7.0 (English only) and Search 2.0 are now generally available for Windows and Solaris, including a number of enhancements to the product such as configurable roles, delegated administration, user and group management and several other enhancements to the Content Center UI. Users can now view friendly names in the UI in place of a userid and with the appropriate privileges users can now set and modify file and folder permissions from the UI. There are also minor enhancements to the Forms Publisher interface including allowing for simple text based searching of content in a large form.
